All tutoring sessions and packages are non-refundable. We understand that schedules can change, so you’re welcome to reschedule a session for a different day or time—just let us know at least 2 hours in advance. To reschedule, simply reach out via WhatsApp or email using the contact details listed on our website. If we don’t hear from you at least 2 hours before your session and you’re unable to attend, the session will be considered missed and cannot be made up. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a smooth and respectful scheduling process for all students.
Our application uses Google services to facilitate login and automate administrative tasks. In compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, we outline below how we access, use, and protect Google user data:
Data Accessed
Our application accesses the following data only when the user explicitly authorizes access through their Google account:
Google profile information: name, email address, and profile photo, used to enable secure login.
Note: Email sending (SMTP) and calendar management services are configured exclusively for the site administrator. We do not access Gmail or Calendar data from end users.
Data Usage
The accessed data is used solely for:
Authentication: allowing users to log in using their Google account.
We do not access or store email content or calendar events from the user.
User Control
Users can revoke access at any time from their Google security settings. They may also contact us directly to request data deletion.
